Rental Information
- Down Payment Required: A $30.00 down payment is needed to secure your rental.
- Balance Due: The remaining rental balance is due on the day of your event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the event for a credit within one year.
- Weather Policy
- In case of rain or bad weather, your down payment is refundable or can be used as credit if canceled before delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather like high winds or storms.
- We'll call you in advance to confirm setup.
- Delivery Details: Drivers will always take the fastest route for timely delivery.
